Getting started
How do I get my chart?
On first launch, enter your birth date, time and place. Lumia computes your natal chart and gives you a first reading right away.
I don't know my exact birth time. Can I still use Lumia?
Yes. Choose "I don't know my birth time" during onboarding. Your chart will have no Rising sign and no houses, since those need an exact time, but your Sun, Moon and every other placement are still calculated and your readings still work.
What is the daily reading?
Every day, the Today tab shows four short insights — Love, Work, Energy, and Watch out for — based on what the sky is doing against your own chart. Some days are quieter than others; Lumia says so rather than inventing significance.
What is "Dive deeper"?
Tap it on any of today's insights for a longer, more detailed reading of that one topic. It is a Lumia Plus feature.
Who is Astra?
Astra is Lumia's AI astrologer, in the Astra tab. Ask it anything about your chart or your day. Free accounts get 5 messages a day; Lumia Plus gives you 100 Astra messages a day instead of 5.
What is the People tab?
Add someone else's birth details to see a compatibility reading between your chart and theirs. Free accounts get one compatibility reading; Lumia Plus unlocks more.

Is there a free trial?
No. Lumia Plus does not currently offer a free trial.
How do I cancel?
Cancel in the App Store, not in Lumia. Open You → Manage subscription, or go to the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date, or Apple will charge for the next period.
I already paid but the app still asks me to subscribe.
Open You → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account that made the purchase. If it still does not unlock, write to us.
I have a code.
On the paywall, tap Redeem code and enter it.
I want a refund.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in.
Notifications
What is the daily reminder?
An optional local notification at 9:00 each morning, pointing you to that day's reading. It is scheduled on your device — Lumia does not send push notifications.
How do I turn it on or off?
You → Daily reminder at 9:00. If notifications are off for Lumia in your iPhone's Settings, a line under the toggle says so — tap it to open Settings, allow notifications, then come back and turn the toggle on.
Problems
Astra isn't replying, or my message failed.
Check your internet connection first. If it keeps failing, write to us.
I hit the chat or compatibility limit.
Free accounts get 5 Astra messages a day. Free includes one compatibility reading, ever. Plus gives you 100 Astra messages a day instead of 5, and reads everyone you add, up to five readings a day. Astra's daily message limit resets at your local midnight.
A reading looks wrong or generic.
Readings are generated by an AI model from your chart, so wording can vary. If something looks clearly wrong — the wrong sign, or a birth-time detail that shouldn't appear because you told Lumia your time is unknown — write to us with a screenshot.
Lumia is in the wrong language.
Lumia follows the language you set for it in iOS. Open the Settings app → Lumia → Language.
Your data
How do I delete everything?
You → Delete my data, then confirm. This deletes your birth details, chart, readings, chat history, added people and usage counts from our servers.
Do this before you delete the app. Your account is anonymous and lives on your device, so once the app is gone we cannot find your data to delete it for you.
Does deleting my data cancel my subscription?
No. Your Lumia Plus subscription stays with your Apple ID. After you re-onboard, use You → Restore purchases to bring it back.
Can I move my data to a new phone?
Not in this version. The anonymous account does not transfer. We know this is a real limitation, and it is on our list.
